Day view not clickable on opening app

On opening the app, I am presented with the current Week view, but the Day tab is highlighted at the bottom. When I click the Day tab, it doesn’t switch to this as the tab control thinks it’s already selected.
In order to view the Day view, I first have to click on Week/Month/Year, and then select Day.
iPhone 13 running iOS 16.5.1, latest version of the app as of 15/08/23

I have realised this is the case with any default view selected other than Day. The default view shows correctly, but the tab highlighted is always Day, resulting in the bug described above
