MacOS app freezes after some time

Noticed consistently when I leave the MacOS Bullet app running overnight, more often than not by morning its main thread will have stopped running. Some low-level UI continues to run, such that I can resize the app, but it will just stretch the UI image instead of reflowing the widgets (I don't know if that's Flutter's rendering doing the stretching, or macOS). If it was dark mode, but now should be light mode, it will stay stuck like that. It's quite like a static image of the last UI state at the time of the crash. The only workaround I've found is to quit and restart the app.
I'll see if I can get a screenshot of it in that state and add it to this post.

Happened again today. Here's a screenshot. Resizing the window just distorts the static image of what was on the UI at the time it apparently froze. The menu bars work, and the Settings dialog opens (oddly that also refreshes the window, but it is still hung and distorts). The only solution is to quit and restart the app.
