Possible BST issue - can’t select habit days before 31st March

If I try and select a date prior to last week in habits I get jumped to the current week. It’s currently sat 12th April and I can select dates as far back as mon 31st March, but any earlier and it just jumps back to this week. Last week it was the same threshold that had the issue, I.e. still anything before w/c 31st March, rather than it being a rolling thing where anything before the current week is unselectable. So it seems like something special about w/c 24th March - maybe the fact it was the shift to BST that week?

When opening habits-page I can swipe to last week but can't select a date - immediately jumps to current week

Not sure if this is related to background workings of above.
I’ve noticed that when adding a note to a habit the time stamp is an hour behind UK time. Tried Timezone options Europe/London, GMT, and UTC options, but nothing adjusts to current time. Not sure if this is because UK is currently in DST?
Habit reminders from the app do pop up on iPhone home screen at requested times.

I have noticed this recently too, means I can’t go back and fill in habits I’ve completed but not managed to record last week
