Sync Android app and web

I'm using the Android app (version 1.60.33) and the website, and still experiencing problems with some tasks not syncing. I added/completed some tasks on web, and do not see the updates in the Android app.

Thanks for your reports. I think the issue is quite widespread, but only happens at certain times of the day (around midday US time, when things are busy). I'm trying to figure out the cause, but I have eyes on this now.

Same issue here with Windows Desktop app / Edge web versus iOS app. iOS app is behind and not in sync with windows apps.

Hi,
I don't think I had any connection problems at the time. I am still having the issue and my internet connection on my phone and PC is fine.

Hamish Yes, I tried it with the mobile connection. Maybe it's just due to the age of my phone, as it's an older model still running Android 13

I'm able to see the error you had, it could be a number of things, but I want to rule out whether you had had a bad connection.
Do you know if you had a good connection at the time?
If you are still having the issue, can you test wether your internet connection is good?
