Mark H: You can try some combination of "{Add/Create} (a) {note/task} {in/with/using/to/on} Bullet"

So e.g.

"Add task to Bullet"

"Create a note on Bullet"

I have noticed that Siri is a bit temperamental! So it might take a few tries or different combinations.
