Hamish One way to think about initiatives is top-down, starting with the big objectives and breaking down towards more atomic tasks. Another way (which is more my style) is to think about tasks in a disordered and random way, and then group them (bottom-up), when everything becomes clear to us. In that case, I have clear atomic tasks, and I realize the stitcher later.
