Landscape mode doesn't work when window expanded on Samsung tablet

If bullet is full-screen it can only do portrait mode. If I want landscape I need to make the window smaller.

I have same device, just checked and do not see an issue going back and forth in a few of the screens in the app. When you say full screen are you in web url or using split screen?
