I use a Samsung tablet and phone w their S pen to make notes. However app is not happy and end up typing slowly.

Thank you for your feedback. This is not possible currently as the underlying technology does not support it. However, it looks like google has started to work on fixing that: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/115607
